About the Event
Register here to attend Network Briefing on August 19th.
US climate data that supports policy rests upon the work of countless numbers of scientists, yet the Trump administration is attempting to dismantle climate research and development (R&D) in many agencies. Our August Action Alert, Climate Research Saves Lives, urges Congress to protect climate R&D at EPA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
At our network briefing, learn what's happening to R&D from an EPA scientist, Dr Andrew Geller. Andrew built EPA's research portfolio to address environmental justice, community health, and sustainability. He was lead author and editor of EPA's Environmental Justice Research Roadmap and EPA's Interim Framework for Advancing Consideration of Cumulative Impacts and a major contributor to EPA's Equity Action Plans.
